While we must do the actions against bullying, stopping the actions don't necessary undo the emotionally impact of the event. Ignoring the emotional impact caused and wishing it away builds emotionally challenged adults. In this course you will Learn the techniques to build resilience, gain an understanding of yourself and strengthen your resolve with skills to be able to take on anything that comes your way in the future.
This course is designed to help people being bullied and those doing the bullying.
